TICKET POLICY
MESA AMPITHEATRE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are No Refunds, Exchanges, or Transfers. No Exceptions. If the show is cancelled, refunds will be given (see below in REFUNDS for more information).

BUYER BEWARE:  MesaAmp.com is the ONLY authorized ticket seller for its events. Individual Resellers, Ticket Exchange, Ticket Reseller Websites, and Ticket Brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the Mesa Ampitheatre.  Mesa Amphitheatre is not responsible for, and unable to verify or provide support for any tickets purchased through a third party.  ONLY tickets purchased through MesaAmp.com will guarantee you entry into our venue. Any person who purchases from a third party does so at their own risk.

TICKET LIMITS ENFORCED: When purchasing tickets on our website, there is a specified limit for each event. This limit, often referred to as a 'ticket limit,' is displayed during the purchase process and is enforced for every transaction / ticket holder. We have established this policy to prevent unfair ticket-buying practices. To ensure fairness, each account must be linked to a unique individual and must contain accurate and verifiable information. Multiple accounts should not be used to bypass or exceed the publicly stated ticket limits.

SELLER BEWARE:  The Mesa Amphitheatre does not authorize the commercial purchase and reselling of tickets.  Any ticket(s) found to be resold may be cancelled in accordance with our Purchase Policy. If you attempt to exceed the specified ticket limits, we reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and associated tickets without prior notice. In such cases, your ability to purchase tickets may also be restricted. Orders that are canceled for violating the ticket limit may be eligible for a refund at face value, excluding fees. This policy applies to orders linked to the same name, IP address, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other identifiable information.

RESELLERS BEWARE: In-person verification may be required to prevent violations of our Ticket Policy. E-Tickets (Electronic Tickets) may also require in-person verification and will-call pick-up. Mesa Amphitheatre reserves the right to reissue ticket barcodes on previously delivered tickets, including E-Tickets and Delayed Delivery Tickets to Will-Call Tickets. There are no refunds on tickets that have been reissued to WILL CALL PICKUP or Tickets that require ID verification. Will-call tickets may only be picked up by the original account holder with a valid ID. Ticket orders found to be in violation of our Purchase Policies may be canceled and tickets voided.
