Ticket Policy
Official Tickets for events at Mesa Amphitheatre are sold exclusively via mesaamp.com. Purchasing tickets
from any third party reseller (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, Ticketfly, Craigslist, etc.) is done at the sole
risk of the buyer and is not recommended. We are unable to guarantee or
verify validity of tickets purchased from a third party.

(We have the right to suspend or void any tickets if we find any fraudulent activity on your account)

 

E-Tickets / Ticket Delay / Will-Call

E-Ticket- Tickets will be automatically sent via e-mail after purchase
Ticket Delay- Tickets will be automatically sent 48 hours before show date

(Tickets purchased after the 48-hour mark will receive their ticket 1-2 hours before doors)
Will-Call for Online Sales- Tickets will be held at the Box Office for Will-Call pick-up
(Tickets purchased 1-2 hours before doors open, or thereafter will be Will-Call pick up only)

All Purchases should be made online to guarantee ticket(s)
(Mesa Amphitheatre cannot guarantee tickets will still be sold at door if the event sells out)

Tickets may be sold at door if the concert has not Sold Out
(Mesa Amphitheatre's Box Office is open 102 hours before door times)

Tickets can be scanned directly from your smartphone or can be printed
Ticket must be presented in PDF form or printed out to be scanned at door
All Attendees must have a ticket (including infants and children)


Still Haven't Received Tickets?

If you purchased tickets directly from mesaamp.com and still haven't received your tickets you can
always pick them up at the Box Office Day of Show with a valid ID


Presale Codes

Presales give fans with codes the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public.
Codes don't guarantee tickets. Presale codes are always entered before you choose your tickets.
Look for the Promotional Code Bar or link on your event to enter your presale code on our site.

(Presale Codes are given out by Promoters, Artists, Radio Stations, or Venues via social media, newsletter sign-up, radio, ect.)
 

Security And Safety Policies

All persons and items entering the Mesa Amphitheatre are subject to search.
Mesa Amphitheatre management reserves the right to refuse any item deemed a
potential safety or security risk or with the potential to be a distraction to the event being held.
Mesa Amphitheatre is not responsible for any items left behind or items that were not allowed into the Venue.

 

Not Permitted:
Alcohol
Strollers
Animals
Illegal Substances
Re-Entry Upon Exit
Weapons of Any Kind
Outside Food or Beverage
Seating, Blankets, Towels, or Umbrellas
Bags, Purses, or Backpacks That Are Not Clear 
Professional Cameras / Audio Recording Devices

There is no on-site storage for unauthorized bags or items. 
Please do not bring any of these items with you.

 
Permitted:

2 Sealed Bottles of Water per Person, up to 20 oz.
Clear Bags (Refer to Clear Bag Policy, below)

 

Clear Bag Policy
The Mesa Amphitheatre has a clear bag policy as follows:

Approved Clear Bags :
A clear plastic or vinyl PVC bag that does not exceed 12" X 6" X 12"

All bags will be inspected by security upon entry.
(Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, which will be inspected by security prior to entering.)

ALL GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AND/OR METAL DETECTION SCREENING

The Mesa Amphitheatre strives to reasonably accommodate the special needs of the patrons who attend events at our facility.

Seating Guide
The Mesa Amphitheatre is a general admission venue with a tiered lawn for seating unless otherwise stated.
There are no fixed seats unless otherwise stated.


Directions and Parking

The Mesa Amphitheatre is located at 263 N Center Street on the southeast corner of University Drive and Center
Street in Downtown Mesa, on the Mesa Convention Center Campus (google map:
https://goo.gl/maps/iP1o8sdvftqY3PHv8 ).
Main Street & Center Light rail Station is 1/3 mile south of the Mesa Amp, approximately an 8 minute walk.
Free (limited) and Paid ($10 cash per car) on-site parking are available.


Gates and End Times
The entry gates for General Admission are generally scheduled to open 1 1/2 hours prior to show time.

VIP Early Entry times are based on the VIP package purchased, when applicable. 
Refer to your VIP package email for early entry time(s) and instructions.
All shows will conclude by 10PM, in accordance with the City of Mesa curfew on amplified sound.
