The Mesa Amphitheatre will supply personal and transactional information to agents that contract with the Mesa Amphitheatre to rent the venue and present programs, as transactions made for such events are enacted on their behalf via the Mesa Amphitheatre box office.
Disclosure and Application of Public Records Laws
The Mesa Amphitheatre may trade visitor mailing information, only to chosen third party entities and/or facilities including renters and promoters that use the Mesa Amphitheatre, but not to any other company or organization. The City will not disclose credit/debit card information to third parties, except for the purposes of completing your payment transaction through a secured financial network or to collection agencies.
